Christo presents design proposal to BLM

According to a recent article in the Salida Mountain Mail, and confirmed by the BLM, CJC has submitted a formal design plan consisting of 2,000 pages. This will not be released to the public until later this year. ROAR will find out about availability and try to increase public access to review the plan.
